Cotopaxi Meteorite (IAB-ung)

Cotopaxi was found on October 8, 2008 by Richard and Sharon Walker in the hills near Cotopaxi, Fremont County, Colorado while prospecting for gold with a metal detector. It is an ungrouped IAB iron, weighs 243g and was buried approximately 20cm deep under a small tree when it was found.
